Today I went kayaking with Maria. We kayaked three miles downstream along the Charles River and then three miles back to the boat house. We stopped along the way to relax and eat. The weather was perfect - partly cloudy and mid-70s. The sky was bright blue and the cloudy were puffy and white. It felt great to be among nature and get exercise. Now I'm tired and will probably be sore tomorrow.
