Flute

I haven't blipped in FOREVER. I got lazy. Sorry.

Lil' Bit decided she wanted to join the school band last week so, on Friday, she brought home a flute. She's never picked up a flute before. Imagine our surprise when, this afternoon she started playing "Mary Had a Little Lamb" without any kind of instruction whatsoever. She'd only just learned how to blow properly into the damn thing and all of a sudden she's playing recognizable tunes. Yikes.

We'll see how it goes, though. She might well be bored of it within the month.
