Took a bunch of these into work this morning, to cheer up the reception area....

We have been without power since 5pm last night, hence I haven't been able to comment, they thought/hoped to restore power today. The wind caused havoc thoughout the Canterbury area, as if there isn't enough to worry about.
According to our local rag, there has been some damage in our area, verandahs, chimneys, & noticed a portion of St Mary's steeple lying on the ground, and a chimney at the flats over the road down.....there will be other minor one I suspect.

Doing a sneaky blip in work time....shush, don't tell!!
