Wind Turbine.

This is the top down view of a small wind turbine. The developer of this turbine is not yet ready to go Public with his invention. I have seen this turbine in action and the intent is that it is low-key and any one can place it in their back yard. It does not make a lot of noise and poses no danger to migrating birds.
