Pizza night

Friday night is usually pizza night. I make the dough before going to work and then do the rest in the evening. We are staying at my M-in-L's this week but tonight is no exception, although I am cooking for six rather than two. They seemed to turn out well, despite one of the batches of dough refusing to rise so I had to start again. The lemon tart for dessert went down well too.

Note the glass of wine for the cook! Very important.
