Memories of an evening meal

Before I do the washing up, I thought I'd blip the most notable thing to happen with my day.

I experimented with left-overs in the fridge to do something interesting with a pork loin. It turns out that a glaze of caramelised mango chutney with pinch chilli powder makes a great sauce to accompany pork!

The second most notable thing in the day was finally deciding to make the switch from de-caff tea to naturally caffiene free Rooibos. It's the way forward.

Now, let's see if I find something notbale in the newspaper that is beckoning... (after I've done the washing-up, of course)
