Some wood in the fireplace of Anna's current place. I was rooting around for something to photograph, and I thought I might get some nice shadows with the timber on the back of the hearth...Turns out I couldn't see any shadows, but the wood looked pretty cool.

Been playing with different strengths of flash on my G10...think I am ready to play with a flashgun now :)

Wid is what we would call wood, up here in Scotland by the way...
