James and the Giant Peach

Tonight the Year 9/10 drama production was held at our local theatre. It's always so great to see the kids game to get up on stage and be laughed at - though what always impresses me most is how much the boys love the opportunity to dress up (usually in girls clothing).

Visible in this photo are James himself, the butterfly, the grasshopper and the centipede. Obscured in the back is the spider. Kneeling in the centre is the armless earth worm. To my mind he was the star of this particular show.

Congratulations to their drama teacher Ms Carter and to the students themselves for their efforts. A very entertaining night!
