Pesky pancetta

Well I don't think I'll try that again. My attempts to take a macro shot of my lunch resulted in a lensful of hot oil.

I was introduced to the culinary delight of glazed cherries wrapped in pancetta fairly recently and I thought I'd give it a go. It's more of a bbq kind of treat but as it's forecast for rain outside and I don't have a garden (or a bbq for that matter) I tried it out in the kitchen. Very tasty with a pleasant cherry aroma left hanging in the air. Just a pity about the oily camera.
