Happy Birthday Mum

Today was my mother's birthday and we celebrated three times:

Breakfast: Hot chocolate and churros (deep fried batter with loads of sugar).
Afternoon coffee: with birthday cake.
Dinner: at a local restaurant.

All in all a great day.

The above photo was taken as my Mum blew out her birthday candle at celebration number 2. It was a candle given to her by her mother for her birthday the same year I was born.

She never used it and found it recently, and chose to use it for the first time today.
