Lake Chabot

This Lake formed when a stream was dammed to form a reservoir in the 1880s
I believe.) It's a great place for kayaking, birding and hikes.The nearby hill is covered with a bay laurel/oak forest and is much greener than many other places in northern Ca. these days.
