The metal detector in H20

I was up along the Edmond waterfront Tuesday and saw this guy out in the water. He was actually almost under the docks and at first I thought he was clamming. Then I realized he was using one of those metal detector wands but in the water. I'd never seen this before and was quite fascinated! yesterday is backblipped see here
