Merseyside Maritime Museum

I had to travel into Liverpool for a meeting today. I should have returned home straight after the meeting but I couldn't resist going to see the Maritime museums exhibition, Endurance: Shackleton's Antarctic adventure! Wow! Sir Ernest Shackleton's 1914 Endurance expedition is an incredible real life tale of survival and Frank Hurley's photography is incredible.

Hurley is a warrior with his camera and would go anywhere or do anything to get a picture.
