Resistors Are Futile
Another experiment with the DIY macro set-up, only instead of poppy stamens , today I dug up some old circuit boards.
These resistors are only 3/16 inches long and were nearly touching the front element (rear element of the 50mm) of the lens. I also discovered that switching from the Canon EOS 20D with it's 1.6x sensor to a full-frame Canon EOS 5D caused some vignetting. No big deal, but something to be aware of...
