City Street

My roomate and I went for a walk downtown in the freezing cold. I was wearing a beanie jeans long sleeve with a short sleeve over the top and a hoodie and I was still cold. Newmans Deli is a wonderful little deli in my town I like this shot for the contrast. Kind of fun. BRRR!! OO its a hot buttered rum night!!

I wanted to be with you today I wanted you here in person. It was cold really cold here today, it was like winter annouced itself and it was differant. I was up at dawn today and saw the sunset and there is something about that. I was talking to my mom today and there was a realization that somewhere along the way I need to make this decision but my heart is rebelling and my feet are dragging.
I realized that though I am not rooted in the leadership of our church I am rooted in its people and I amd struggling with this decision.

I want to retreat into the depths of myself tonight and hide in the deeper thoughts somehow they seem easier. I know its not true but somehow I just want to stew, to brood a bit. I want to find that deep place of rest in your arms, that deep place of rest in you. Come Lord Jesus come.
