Not a beautiful day in Beijing today, but a lovely temperature to be outside.

We live in a great compound north east of Beijing's centre- the gardens are green and always busy with families and children playing. We have a few grocery shops- one which I suspect sells dog sausages- and a couple of coffee shops. What else could we want? Well, ten- 10!- estate agents would not be top of the list, but have them we do. Who'd have thought they could all get enough business in this one area to succeed? Just shows what a big and burgeoning market property is here...
