Because I love you....

Jack and I were standing at the end of the driveway waiting for his school bus, his mind excited about going to school again today. We were looking at the falling leaves, it is quite cool today and breezy.

All of a sudden, Jack yelled, "Mom!!! Check this out!". I came over to find Jack with his hands cupped, and a huge smile on his face. I asked if he caught a bug. "No! You won't believe it!!!!" he said.

He opened his tiny little hands, and inside was this leaf from a clover that was growing from a crack in the driveway.....

"It's a heart!!! I got this for you Mommy, because I love you!"

And with that, my heart grew even bigger with my love for this sweet little boy, if that is even possible....
