Boris

I don't like spiders and normally skip the blips of their kind but this one has been around our greenhouse for sometime. Chris observes him on a regular basis and thinks he is quite hopeless at catching flies, as his web has holes in it, so I don't know how he has got so big.

Up close his markings are quite fascinating in a gruesome sort of way.

And just look at those hairy legs!!
