memories

I love this lamp.

It was my Gran's and I remember it being in her house when we went to visit as little girls, I've always loved it and it brings so many memories. It's an art deco copy and one of my most treasured possessions. Unfortunately it no longer works, my Gran was blind for many years and someone cut off the cord so that she didn't trip over it. I always think of her when I look at it. Maybe one day I'll get it restored.
