Paper Maker

This part of Quebec (Charlevoix) has a variety of artisans that are encouraged to continue with their crafts using the old methods. We sampled cheese today and also watched paper being made at Papeterie St Gilles, in Rive Saint Joseph, on the Saint Lawrence River. Here the worker is pressing the water from the paper.
