hannaheno's daily lives

Border(s) control

Failte gu Alba - we're in Scotland. The beautiful rolling hills of Selkirk and environs; the Scottish Borders, and the quiet solitude of my mum and stepfather's self-built house at the end of a long beech driveway. Tonight there are zillions squillions billions of stars visible, including Jupiter, the Milky Way and a few shooting across the atmosphere. Tried to photograph these - 30 seconds - looked great on the camera, terrible when downloaded. Realise shooting stars is not actually that straightforward.

This is in the field facing the house, in the Yarrow valley.
