Worked out today and headed up and sat down on my truck bed and relaxed stretched a little bit.

I thought about you today, who am I kidding? I think of you everyday. It was a nice day today, my office was Waldens today, getting ready to work another job. Hanging out tonight with Wes, Sandy, Krista and rachel. So much fun.
I worked out again today and you would have laughed at me. I should not have run again today... but I did. And now I am sore, I am not sure I will be able to walk, but oh well. I miss you.
