Empty.
Entered two poker tournaments last night and, after four and half hours play, I ended up being knocked out of both 'on the bubble' (one place outside the money) and so came away empty-handed. Sigh.
Non-poker players out there will say 'what a waste of time and money', but I enjoyed every minute of it and it was still cheaper than a Friday night in town.
It took me around 18 months, after taking up poker, to start making a profit so it's not something one should do lightly. It's a serious business, but then that's why it's so goddamn enjoyable.
