My local
Saturday morning in my local bar, this blip taken as I went to pay at the counter.
During the week the bar is frequented by the local fishermen - it's conveniently located opposite the dock where the boats are moored.
The weekend is a different matter and we have breakfast or 'almuerzo' there every Saturday morning.
Almuerzo consists of a thick fresh bread with a hot filling (grilled pork and cheese are my favourite but don't tell my doctor), salad and monkey nuts. These sandwiches are usually washed down with wine or beer and finished off with strong coffee and brandy. Almuerzo can take anything up to 90 minutes to finish and is a communal affair.
All of this at 10:30 in the morning. Not for the faint hearted.
