9 years ago today, thousands of people died in a terrorist attack on the United States of America. Why can't we all just get along?
Today I had the best cross country practice yet! I ran quite fast and felt great by the end of the practice. 2 miles in 12:10, 1 mile in 5:42, and 1 mile in 5:42.
There is a 9/11 memorial at the place we were practicing and I took several pictures of it but none were anything special. There were a lot of ducks there today...
This afternoon, I went to my grandpa's boat club's annual barbeque. As usual, it was a bunch of old people talking, but I had a good time. I played Bananagrams with my family and this is a picture of some of us putting out hands on the tiles. I won two raffles and got an amazing idea for a picture about gambling...I think the raffles made me think of it. I took a few pictures there and there were a lot of ducks too....
