Daily constitutional

What a beautiful day it was today. It's supposed to turn nasty tomorrow so Canterbury, Cousteau and I set off for a stroll/bike ride up Rapaki track (in Kiwidino's patch) to make the most of it.

Cousteau and I chose a rather sedate way of puffing our way up the hill (he was doing most of the puffing, if I'm honest), while Canterbury slogged his way up on his beloved Scott mountain bike.

He had just stopped to say hello to us after passing us for the first time (there were many more to come) when I shot this photo.

I had a little asthma attack (nothing major) at school earlier so my Ventalin inhaler was in my camera bag. Fortunately, as the evening cooled down, my asthma got up and went. A really lovely end to the day.
