I've been meaning to take a photograph of this building (on the right) for the past year or two, but there has always been a reason not to (i.e. too cold, too hot, too cloudy, too sunny, too rainy, running late, street is too busy, bad time of day for lighting, camera is in the bottom of my bag, walking with a friend, camera is at home, etc).

I finally got a quick shot of it with my P&S while running late to catch my bus home. I'm hoping that the next time I have my DSLR on me, I'll be able to get something much better.. and one that focuses on the building.
