I smile when I read into this sign what it is really trying to say!

This house was built in the last couple of years on a tight hillside section. It presents a strong concrete wall to the street, and an entirely glass frontage to the sea.

Apparently people walking past tried to lean over the rock wall to peer in the windows at the front, and so the first screen went up. It's just light framing covered in windbreak. And then the second screen went up. And then the sign: DANGER DON'T STAND ON THE ROCK WALL

I got the mental image of frustrated busy bodies who couldn't see around anymore so climbed up to gawk over the top.
