Riding in the Borders

It may be nine months since Christmas, but Gigi is only now getting the riding lessons she was promised then. A glorious autumn day and after a session in the riding school they went for a hack in the country. Gigi had got a little separated from the rest of the group when I took this, so it looks as if she is out alone.

I have been thinking about starting a Blip journal for a while, but kept putting it off, partly because I wondered how I was going to find the time/subjects to shoot. But a bit like writing, I now realise that it is best just to start and see where it leads.
