A Mink at Tarbert
Waiting for the ferry this afternoon at Tarbert, Loch Fyne, someone in our group suddenly saw this mink poke its head up between two boulders. It then cavorted about for several minutes , presumably hunting for something to eat. Later it swam to shore, where it disappeared into the undergrowth - above which a rabbit was quietly grazing. We had to leave before we discovered if the rabbit was to become a late lunch....
