Baloo - 7 Months Old

It's been 6 weeks since we started clicker training and I'm overjoyed at how well Paddington and Baloo had done... they'll be graduating in a week's time!

Those of you who usually follow this journal will know about Paddington's initial struggles with the training environment. His progress has been absolutely astonishing and he has really breezed through his obedience work over the past 2 weeks. It's now an absolute joy to walk him and he carries himself with even more pride than before... the daily training routine has definitely given him an enormous sense of achievement.

Sean has also done really well with Baloo and his basic obedience is looking very good. He's still very much the wild puppy, barking at everybody and jumping on other dogs, but Paddington was even worse at that age, so I'm sure the little monster will settle down as he matures...

Well, I can't believe the weekend has come and gone again. May the week ahead be a blessed one for all of us:)
