At the shore again

Early start this morning, I spent the first couple of hours of the day labouring to the joiner who's putting the floor down in the new Taekwon Do gym. I had to finish up at half twelve as we had plans for the afternoon, but there was plenty other help there.

In the afternoon we were booked in for an open day at the David Lloyd gym down at Newhaven. I'd been before but that was about seven years ago back when Mr Blogs was a member. Friends Dave and Sarah are members down there now so we met up with them HEather was also down for the open day too. We gave the heated outdoor pool a try but it wasn't that heated and all in all a bit too breezy down by the shore to fully enjoy it. The big problem was that once you'd committed and got in the water it was very difficult to get back out.

All in all it was good and if we were gym people then I'd seriously consider joining but in terms of out and out relaxation One Spa kind of pips it.
