Eeyore's house
We've been to Moors Valley again today. Took a picnic and headed straight there after church. As it was sunny, we were discussing in the car how busy it was likely to be - Son One said "very, very, very, very..in fact, if I said very from now until I die, that's how busy it'll be!".
Looked like he was right, as it took a while to find a space in the car park. The thing I love about that place though is that there can be thousands upon thousands of people there, but you really don't have to go far from the beaten track for it to appear like you're completely alone. We headed for the Lookout and were hardly disturbed at all as we lunched.
Had an explore afterwards, and Son One discovered this. We added a few more sticks as our contribution :-)
Lovely walk through the trees, followed by an ice cream and then playing in the park.
Only slight downer on the day - this may be one of the last photos ever taken on this camera :-( Turns out my lovely waterproof/dustproof/shockproof Pentax Optio W30 is not as shockproof as we thought. Son Two swiped it off the table when we got home, it hit the floor pretty hard, and now the images are interesting to say the least. Don't know if he's killed the lens, or it's 'just' a connection problem somewhere. Will give the camera shop a call tomorrow and see what they say.
