Bored Snow Monkey

Highland Wildlife Park for us today (amongst other things). This is one of the best photos. I'm not a big monkey fan. It escapes me why there's such a big deal about them at Edinburgh Zoo and although we're members of the zoo I haven't been in some of the fancy enclosures they have there (maybe if I did, I'd change my mind). But Snow Monkeys are different for me. Not sure why. I like the way they sit in the trees and on the ground - usually quite close to the viewing areas ;-). I like that they spend time in the water too, very unusual (I think!).

But this wasn't what I expected to blip today. I took a bunch of photos of the tigers too and some of them looked pretty good. But it turned out on computer inspection that the enclosure bars and windows spoiled any of the good photos. In most cases it isn't much but it's enough.

So here's a bored looking monkey instead...
