Art on a Plate

We were in TC's Patisserie in Beverley, East Yorkshire, we'd finished our first course and my wife ordered a pastry for dessert. Although it was ready to be eaten it was whisked away into the back. It emerged after a few minutes with the artistic decoration you see above by its side. It was executed by the chef and owner, TC, himself. Quite impressive!
