Bits and bobs

Total blip emergency today. Damnit - I had forgotten that it is now PITCH BLACK by kid bedtime...so no chance of the good old back up plan of raindrops on plants.

So, instead, here we have two random items left hanging around the kitchen after the weekend.

Strange how I only allow aesthetically pleasing things to "hang around" isn't it....no piles of dirty washing, defrosting chicken or half empty lunch boxes in this house, oooooooh nooooooo. Just some kitsch items in complimentary colours.
