Night time picture around Kaigandori

So this is one from around my apartment block. I love how Blip is encouraging me to find out more about my camera. This time I was fiddling around with the ISO and the Shutter Speed on my wee IXY and I like the results. The bright light on the water is actually a boat turning its light faced the camera about 2 seconds into the picture being taken. I was a bit miffed at the time but looking at the photo...I like it.
