Not so nice anymore!

This car has been standing next to the highway for about 3 weeks.
From the beginning it was a nice looking car and I thought the owner should fetch it soon, but I was wrong. It's still standing on the same place and in an awful shape. Every time we pass this car we feel a sadness. How is it possible that some people destroy other peoples property!
