Down Memory Lane ...

I bought this little knitting doll for my daughter. I had one as a child, and it kept me amused for the odd half hour on a rainy day. We certainly have plenty of those to fill! I even remember using an old wooden cotton reel with 4 nails in the top to do this.

Unfortunately, this one was not easy to do. It was pretty to look at, but awkward for me to do, let alone for a 'little one'. It will be going back in the box, and to the back of a cupboard.
