Tonight I was tidying up when I found a pack of origami paper I'd bought for a craft project in the dim and distant past.

Henry asked what it was and when I told him he said, "Can we make some origami?" There were so many reasons why it wasn't convenient but for once I bit my tongue and simply said, 'Yes of course...' and we did...and it was fun.

I've been experimenting with textures a lot recently and promised H I'd make a little work of art for him with his magic butterflies. While I was putting him to bed my mind was turning over all the delicious possibilities. Sometimes Photoshop is very therapeutic :-)
