... otherwise known as the Peformance Development Review, aka an appraisal. I had mine today. I wasn't looking forward to it because there were a lot of things that I wanted to get off my chest and I was a bit worried that I might bottle out of saying any of them. But I managed to say all I wanted to say, without getting too personal and without getting hot and bothered, and although I am not sure what will actually change, at least I felt I had my say and managed to hold my ground. Very satifying. A much needed boost to my confidence.
