Monks on a Morning Stroll

When I first got to Colombo, I didn't have my own Internet connection, so I am doing a few backblips now.

These monks were walking on the promenade near Galle Face Green. The lighthouse, which is a bit further along (in the direction they're walking from), is as far as the soldiers will allow you to walk, before you have to turn back, and walk towards Galle Face Hotel again.
