Or indeed a satchel. After years of occasional bag-hunting for a satchel-type matte leather bag with shoulder strap Nicky suddenly switched allegiance, converting to coveting a shiny green bag which was duly purchased and wrapped in shiny birthday-paper. It has very shiny buckles and smells very nice although the fact that the buckles can be bypassed by little magnetic stud things spoils it slightly. Hopefully it will last slightly longer than the previous mock-leather £6 bag which was unfortunately destroyed when she spilled some yoghurt in it and forgot to wash it out.

Just been for a quick but kick-ass meal at Ann Purna which is another addition to the highly recommended list. Sensible portion sizes too which is always a bonus when dealing with spiciness. Definitely worth returning although we're overdue another visit to Coyaba which is always nice despite the unchanging menu.

One more day of work (hopefully featuring collection of new router from Citylink at lunchtime) then a nice day off for a subsidised trip to Braehead with the office ski club. Thursday and Friday are going to be absolute bastards though.
