Fantastical

It's at this time of year, with the very first tonne of firewood just split, that I start fantasising about an automatic log splitter.

It does get easier as the weeks go by though, and at our busiest, splitting 5 tonnes in a day is both a great way to keep warm and keep fit.

Tonight though, all I am fit for is a warm bath and a snooze on the sofa.

P.S - that's my very own axe. Every girl should have one ;)
