It's Been A Long Road, Getting from There to Here
So, 200.
I am so glad I stumbled over Blip, via Twitter, what an opportunity it has been for me to revisit old memories and take time out to laugh over things that happen. To have stuck with it for 200 days is amazing. We always start a diary at the start of the New Year.... Dear Diary, January is good for 15 days, and then we fade off into the sunset.
When I look back over my 200, it is amazing to see just what has been recorded. 7 months, in that time so much has happened. What started as one of my most popular blips , turned to tragety, as Nunk succumbed to his months of illness and we lost him three weeks after the lovely happy photo was taken.
We had the departure of boy, and I'm seriously hoping that he will do a blip for me one day soon, from the USA. His photos come through so regularly, and since he is studying Creative Writing a wee bit of narrative won't go amiss.
I've recorded my beloved, my Toolibell, my Boy, my Cats, on occassion my Mum, my children's friends, things in the house, things on the way to work, and everything has sparked a memory for me and always made me smile.
Thank you Blip for creating such a lovely site and inspiring me to do great things with my clicky finger and the keyboard.
Here's to the next 165!
For my 200th Blip I wanted a celebration of all the people who read and take part in my blip by stopping by and saying hello.
The rules of Blip though say that a photo must be taken on the day, and my gathering of photos were taken near and far..... and I'm a stickler for the rules!
