Bad weigh in today, so much so that I'm not saying what it was. I did retrieve things by going straight home and doing some cleaning. I haven't blown the diet and I will continue to persevere with it.

Mum came over for the evening, the cats loved her as usual, we both decided we were too tired to do anything except rest and chat.
