Butter dishes.....

The next stage of the butter dish for Oldmills seen here. After the original shot, they went thro a bisque firing.....unloaded that this morning, then glazed them with a variety of glazes.....that plus all the other pieces to go into the kiln....and loaded the kiln. It's been a very long day and now I'm ready to go lay on the couch with my book!!!

The kiln will be fired tomorrow, which means I have to get up at around 6.30am and turn it on....it'll be off later that evening and unloaded on saturday. It take the kiln about 24 hours to cool down enough for me to open it and unload the goodies.....i guess i know what saturday's blip is going to be!!!
