Spinning Take II + Disco Swimming

Second attempt at spinning tonight and this time I didn't bruise my knee on the resistence knob and my feet didn't fall out of the pedals which I figure is progress.

Went for a "disco swim" afterwards. The pool stays open till 10 on a Monday and there is a DG playing classics such as D.I.S.C.O whilst you swim. LuckyJim, the music fascist, was struggling especially after enduring the happy hardcore version of We Will Rock You at spinning. I thought all I would manage was a couple of mushroon floats but actually enjoyed the swim once I got going.
