Back at Montessori

Today was back to Katie's favourite toddlers group, at the Montessori School near us. It's really lovely and she was delighted to see the staff and her little friends there. Her confidence has grown so much- although she kept coming and having super big cuddles, she was happy to walk round amongst the bigger toddlers who were dancing and playing. She spent ages in the tunnels, they had more out than normal, about 10 all connected in a maze. During singing time she walked across the circle to the leader, Clare and after she walked over to her to give her a kiss.

It's not a great quality photo, rubbish quality in fact, but it's Katie, and in one of her favourite places, so I liked it a lot.

We spent a lovely afternoon in the play cafe with some friends and one of Katie's cousins, so she was on really good form. But come bedtime, bless her, she was exhausted!!

We've had something of a breakthrough with Katie and eating the past few days, she's started spoonfeeding herself and she's loving it! She's always self-fed lots of finger foods, but now she's doing it with the spoon too. She quite enjoys it, I think!
