Hammering..

As I was told by Martin, my "Favorite technician" the sequence which is used to dismantle the gasturbine is not "quite right" (so to speak).
So now the guys are trying to hammer the dowel pins out, they should have been taken off first...
Now they have to use Hytorc tools to get them out.
Martin is supervisor for our company and has done this job on our units many times before.
He can only advise the crew from the manufacturer how to do the job but they don't have to follow his advice...
Because this overhaul is a part of a greater contract, the manufacturer has sent his own crew (from their own employment agency) and our personnel is only supervising.
